  2. Cut each biscuit into thirds. Roll each piece into a 4-inch rope and form a knot, tucking the ends underneath. Arrange them 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the warm knots and gently toss to coat them evenly.
