  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Unroll the pizza crust and press it into a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan, pinching the edges to form a rim. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
  3. While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, then cook and stir until the chicken is no longer pink. Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing.
  4. Once the crust is baked, spread 3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining garlic, followed by half of the shredded cheeses. Add the cooked chicken and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. In a small bowl, toss the salad mix and green onions with the remaining dressing.
  7. Just before serving, top the pizza with the salad mixture and chopped tomatoes.
