Description

These Christmas Brownies are rich, fudgy, and decorated to resemble reindeer, adding a touch of holiday magic to any dessert table.

They’re easy to make and bring a playful charm to your holiday celebrations.

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 can chocolate frosting (16 ounces)
  • 48 candy eyeballs
  • 24 Red Hots
  • 24 to 24 48 miniature pretzels
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, extending the ends up the sides, and grease the foil.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well-blended, then mix in the chocolate mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour, stirring until just combined, and spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the edges begin to pull away from the sides. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
  6. Lift the brownies from the pan using the foil, spread frosting evenly over the top, and cut into 12 squares.
  7. Cut each square diagonally to create triangles, and decorate with Red Hots, candy eyes, and pretzels to resemble reindeer faces.

Note
