Description

These protein pancakes are easy to make, filled with wholesome ingredients, and perfect for anyone looking to add more protein to their diet.

They're sweet,and satisfying, and will leave you feeling energized for the day ahead.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or as needed)
Instructions
  1. Whisk together egg whites and protein powder in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Stir in the mashed banana and oat flour. Add almond milk to adjust the batter consistency as needed.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake into the skillet. Cook until small bubbles form, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Flip pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until done.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings, like maple syrup, peanut butter, or fresh fruit.
