Ingredients
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can anchovy fillets, chopped (2 ounce)
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2/3 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Procedure
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped anchovies and garlic, stir until the anchovies break down and the garlic becomes fragrant.
