Ingredients
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine egg white and water; add pecans and stir until coated.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, cloves, and nutmeg.
