It’s a creative, easy-to-make appetizer that adds a splash of color and holiday cheer to any party spread.

Ingredients
  • 1 head broccoli, separated into florets
  • 1 red 1 bell pepper, cored and sliced into 1/4-inch strips
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, or more to taste
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 5 pretzel sticks
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
Instructions
  1. Arrange the broccoli florets on a platter in the shape of a Christmas tree.
  2. Lay red pepper strips as garlands across the broccoli “tree” in horizontal rows.
  3. Place cherry tomatoes as ornaments in and around the broccoli florets.
  4. Use a cookie cutter to cut a star from the yellow bell pepper and place it on top of the tree.
  5. Slice thin strips from the remaining yellow bell pepper to act as “candles” and position them on the tree.
